This site is sponsored by the Kuilima Resort Company and was created to provide information about our plans to develop a destination resort integrated into the rural North Shore of Oahu. We hope to address the concerns of residents and encourage dialogue within the community that will guide us in our quest to build a resort that reflects the values and serves the interests of the families that call the North Shore home.

Our Vision
The Kuilima Resort is envisioned to embody the character simplicity, and hospitality of a kamaaina country estate. The master plan calls for a low density of buildings, none of which will be taller than the current hotel that is on the property. The resort’s primary attraction will be its location within a true country community, which helps explain our interest in preserving and enhancing its rural landscape and lifestyle.
